Karen is a Health Coach Institute Certified Health & Life Coach. She is a habit change facilitator. She helps people reach their health and life goals and to thrive in their own badassery! Karen helps people discover the “why” behind their desired health changes, empower them as the experts on their own bodies, minds and circumstances. She identifies challenges and blind spots that are preventing change and provides support and accountability.
Karen is also a HeartMath Certified Clinician and a Certified Sleep Coach. HeartMath can teach you to change your heart rhythm pattern to create physiological coherence; a scientifically measurable state characterized by increased order and harmony in our mind, emotions and body. It can also help you to relate breathing and heart rhythm pattern for improved physical and physiological performance. Sleep Coaching can help you with one of the missing links to health and wellness. Improved sleep will improve your overall health, cognitive function, mood, body composition, energy level, motivation, physical performance and more.
